Gizlilik Politikası

Bu sayfa, DavidRossi olarak sizden hangi bilgileri aldığımızı, bunları neden aldığımızı, kimlerle paylaştığımızı ve ne zaman sildiğimizi anlatır. Kısa tutmaya çalıştık: burada yazmayan bir şeyi toplamıyoruz.

2. Hangi bilgileri alıyoruz?

  • Kayıt bilgileri: adınız, telefon numaranız, tercih ettiğiniz para birimi ve dil.
  • Sipariş bilgileri: seçtiğiniz modeller, renkler, adetler, tutar, ödeme şekli; teslimat için adresiniz ya da yurt dışı gönderilerde kargo firması ve o firmadaki müşteri kodunuz.
  • Fatura bilgileri: yalnızca faturalı (KDV'li) sipariş verirseniz — unvan, vergi dairesi, vergi numarası ya da T.C. kimlik numarası ve fatura adresi. Faturasız siparişlerde bunların hiçbiri sorulmaz ve saklanmaz.
  • Mesajlaşma kaydı: bize WhatsApp, Telegram ya da Instagram'dan yazdığınızda telefon numaranız veya kullanıcı kimliğiniz ile yazdığınız zaman kaydedilir. Mesajlarınızın içeriği saklanmaz.
  • Gönderdiğiniz fotoğraflar: "ürün sor" için bir çanta fotoğrafı gönderirseniz, fotoğraf mağaza ekibine gösterilmek üzere geçici olarak saklanır ve 30 gün sonra kendiliğinden silinir.

Çerez kullanmıyoruz. Sitede reklam ya da takip çerezi yok. Yalnızca tarayıcınızın kendi hafızasında oturum anahtarınız ve sepetiniz tutulur; bunlar sizin cihazınızda kalır.

3. Bu bilgileri neden alıyoruz?

  • Siparişinizi almak, stok kontrolünü yapmak, hazırlamak ve size göndermek.
  • Size stok, ödeme ve kargo durumunu bildirmek.
  • Faturalı sipariş verdiyseniz yasal olarak faturanızı kesebilmek.
  • Yeni modelleri duyurmak (yalnızca daha önce bize yazmış numaralara).

4. Otomatik mesajlar

Bize WhatsApp, Telegram ya da Instagram'dan yazdığınızda otomatik bir karşılama mesajı alabilirsiniz. Bu mesajların içinde otomatik olduğu açıkça yazar. Aynı kişiye kısa aralıklarla tekrar tekrar gönderilmez. Otomatik mesaj almak istemiyorsanız aynı sohbete yazmanız yeterli — mağaza ekibi listeden çıkarır.

5. Kimlerle paylaşıyoruz?

  • Mağaza ekibimiz: siparişi hazırlayan depo, faturayı kesen muhasebe ve yönetim.
  • Kargo firmaları: yalnızca gönderinin ulaşması için gereken ad, adres ve telefon.
  • Mesajlaşma servisleri: bizimle WhatsApp, Telegram ya da Instagram üzerinden yazıştığınızda mesajlar bu servislerin kendi altyapısından geçer ve kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir.

Bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman satmıyoruz, reklam şirketlerine ya da veri toplayıcılara aktarmıyoruz.

6. Nerede ve ne kadar süre saklanıyor?

Bilgiler Almanya'da bulunan kendi sunucumuzda saklanır; siteyle aranızdaki bağlantı şifrelidir (HTTPS). Gönderdiğiniz fotoğraflar 30 gün sonra silinir. Sipariş ve fatura kayıtları, vergi mevzuatının gerektirdiği süre boyunca saklanır. Bunun dışındaki kayıtlar, talep ederseniz silinir.

7. Haklarınız

KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca; hakkınızda hangi bilgilerin tutulduğunu öğrenme, yanlış olanların düzeltilmesini, silinmesini ya da yok edilmesini isteme ve işlemeye itiraz etme hakkınız var. Başvurmak için info@davidrossi.com.tr adresine yazabilir ya da WhatsApp hattımızdan ulaşabilirsiniz. Talebinizi en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız.

8. Çocuklar

Burası bir toptan satış hizmetidir; 18 yaşın altındaki kişilere yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan bilgi toplamayız.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncellersek bu sayfadaki "son güncelleme" tarihini değiştiririz. Önemli bir değişiklik olursa sizinle kullandığınız kanaldan ayrıca paylaşırız.

Privacy Policy

This page explains what information DavidRossi collects from you, why we collect it, who we share it with, and when we delete it. We kept it short on purpose: if it is not listed here, we do not collect it.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

  • Account details: your name, phone number, preferred currency and language.
  • Order details: the models, colours and quantities you choose, the amount, the payment method, and either your delivery address or — for international shipments — your cargo company and your customer code with that company.
  • Invoice details: only if you choose an invoiced (VAT) order — company title, tax office, tax number or national ID number, and billing address. None of this is asked for or stored on non-invoiced orders.
  • Contact record: when you message us on WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram, we store your phone number or user ID and the time you wrote. The content of your messages is not stored.
  • Photos you send: if you send a photo of a bag to ask about it, the photo is stored temporarily so our team can look at it, and is deleted automatically after 30 days.

We use no cookies. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site. Your session key and your shopping cart are kept in your own browser's storage and stay on your device.

3. Why we collect it

  • To take your order, check stock, prepare it and ship it to you.
  • To tell you about stock, payment and shipping status.
  • To issue your invoice when you ask for one, as required by law.
  • To announce new models (only to numbers that have written to us before).

4. Automated messages

When you write to us on WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram you may receive an automated welcome message. These messages clearly state that they are automated. They are not repeated to the same person within a short period. If you would rather not receive them, simply say so in the same conversation and our team will remove you.

5. Who we share it with

  • Our own staff: the warehouse preparing your order, the accountant issuing the invoice, and management.
  • Cargo companies: only the name, address and phone number needed for delivery.
  • Messaging services: when you talk to us through WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram, the messages pass through those services and are subject to their own privacy policies.

We never sell your information and never pass it to advertisers or data brokers.

6. Where it is kept, and for how long

Your information is kept on our own server located in Germany, and the connection between you and this site is encrypted (HTTPS). Photos you send are deleted after 30 days. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax legislation requires. Anything else is deleted on request.

7. Your rights

Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Article 11) you have the right to learn what information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. To make a request, write to info@davidrossi.com.tr or contact us on WhatsApp. We answer within 30 days at the latest.

8. Children

This is a wholesale service. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Changes

If we update this policy we will change the "last updated" date on this page. If a change is significant, we will also tell you through the channel you use to talk to us.
